The Circle-Pure purification kit was developed to purify circular DNA from liquid samples. Circle-Pure purifies circular DNA in the range from 100 base pair to 1 Mega base, from plasma and cell lines. The DNA is ready for sequencing. The DNA is ready for DNA sequencing. Kit for analysis of 24x1 ml samples.
